We are a South African organisation and we work with communities across the country rather than from a single office. Crowned Sessions and Queen Circles both run online, so they reach any young woman in South Africa — Circles meet every Sunday at 17:00. Camps and outreaches happen in person, hosted by partners in the communities themselves. Tell us where you are and we will tell you what is running near you.

Every Sunday at 17:00, online, for about an hour. You need a phone and enough data for the session — and if data is the thing standing in your way, say so, because we cover it. Missing a Sunday is fine; tell your mentor and she will catch you up.

Nothing. Every programme is free to every young woman, permanently. Where cost would be a barrier — travel to a camp, data for a Sunday Circle — we cover it. You will never be asked to pay or to fundraise.

Yes, and we would rather be asked than guess. It helps enormously if there is a local school, clinic or community organisation willing to co-host, because that is what makes it possible for us to return rather than visit once. Choose “request an outreach” in the form above.

Our leadership, mentors and members are women — that is a deliberate structural commitment. Men are very welcome to support the organisation as funders, partners, in-kind suppliers and professional volunteers to the organisation itself, and many do.

Our work is about identity, confidence, leadership and practical community support. Young women of any faith or none are equally welcome, and no part of any programme requires you to hold a particular belief.

Yes. The most useful partnerships tend to involve something you already have — a venue, a bursary route, a professional network, stock you can supply — rather than something built for us. Start on the Get involved page.

We are a registered non-profit organisation, NPO 320-199. Gifts given for a named purpose are used only for that purpose, you receive written confirmation within two working days, and we report back on what your specific contribution funded — including if it did not go to plan. Our accountability commitments are published in full.

Not yet. Our Public Benefit Organisation registration with SARS is in progress and we expect it to be confirmed around September 2026, though SARS decides both whether and when. Once it is confirmed we will be able to issue Section 18A certificates to South African individuals and companies, which make a donation deductible from taxable income. We cannot promise a certificate for a donation given before that date — SARS sets an effective date on approval, and only donations received on or after it can be receipted. For members under 18 we ask for a parent or guardian's written consent before any in-person activity, and we are glad to speak with you first. Where an activity involves travel — the Leadership Camp, or an outreach away from home — you will also be asked to sign an indemnity form before she goes. Online sessions involve no travel and you are welcome to sit in on the first one. Every mentor is screened and trained before working with members.
